When New Jersey residents choose to go through divorce, the reasoning behind that decision can vary from couple to couple or even individual to individual. There may be certain issues that a couple cannot agree on that leads to a stressful relationship for everyone involved. Whatever the case may be, divorce can affect anyone at any time in their lives, including celebrities.

It was recently reported that actor Jeremy Renner finalized his divorce from now ex-wife Sonni Pacheco. The two individuals were married for 10 months before Pacheco filed for divorce at the end of 2014. The couple has a 2-year-old daughter, and it was noted that they plan on sharing custody of the child after the divorce. Renner has already posted photos on his social media showing himself spending time with the young girl.

In addition to custody terms, child support terms were also finalized, and it was reported that Renner will pay Pacheco $13,000 a month in support. Because the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place, he is not require to make alimony payments to Pacheco. The reason behind the divorce was cited as being irreconcilable differences.

There are many facets of such divorce cases that could prove useful to New Jersey residents. If parties are not yet married, they may wish to consider creating a prenuptial agreement, which may prove useful as this case shows. Additionally, if individuals are going through divorce, they may wish to understand their options for creating child custody and support terms that best suit their needs and desires.
