New Jersey residents may consider child custody modifications

Worrying about the welfare of their children is a feeling that many New Jersey parents will always experience. When parents divorce and one parent gains primary custody, the non-custodial parent may worry about what goes on with his or her children when they are with the custodial parent. In many situations, there is no need for the worry, but under some circumstances, some parents may express warranted concern over child custody situations.

Divorce and Social Security may interest New Jersey residents

When contemplating divorce, there may be many factors about which New Jersey residents become unsure, especially regarding their futures. Because divorce can affect many areas of a person's life, including finances, it may be important to understand what spousal benefits may still be available in the future. Single individuals approaching retirement age may be interested in how being divorced can affect social security.

Child support could be financial concern for New Jersey residents

Many New Jersey residents will likely face financial concerns at some point in their lives. There are various situations that could lead to individuals needing to make important decisions regarding their finances, and divorce is one of those situations. Concerns over child support, property division and other agreements are understandable. By focusing on the future and understanding how present decisions can impact the future, parties may be better able to come to beneficial terms.

Social media putting marriages at risk

For those in New Jersey and across the country who want to keep their marriages and relationships happy, it might be a good idea to stay away from social media sites. A survey of British participants who were all married found that one in seven participants had thought about divorce after viewing their spouse's activity on social media.

Honored as a "Best of New Jersey Among our Most Distinguished Americans of Italian Descent" and conferred the "Stivale D'Italia Award of Excellence" by the Italian Tribune for her "honesty, integrity and dedication to fair and ethical business practices" and her "outstanding reputation as a Woman Whose Word is Her Bond".
